It is a small and convenient Joomla 1.5 component, that allows you to start appointment polls for your registered users.

Motivation

I was looking for a joomla interface to one of the well known appointment poll websites or an comparable non-commercial joomla compound. But I could not find anything that provides the features discribed above. So I started to write my own component and Appointinator was born.

History

Appointinator is my first joomla component and 1.0beta was the first release. I tested it on my own websites with joomla 1.5.17 and 1.5.18 and it worked pretty good for my  purposes.

After some weeks of beta testing the initial teething problems have been detected and posted by patient people (many thanks!!).

In the current release Appointinator 1.0.2 all reported bugs and security issues have been fixed, the parameters have been revised and the backend got a cosmetics (Changelog).

Please test it further and give me any feedback. Your needs and wish are important for the ongoing development!
